Puddles of Love

Good evening everyone, I'm sorry for the late post. The day got away from me today.

For my card today, I decided to do my first card sketch challenge on Splitcoast (SC189), my first time playing in one of these challenges. I had so much fun! :) For my card, I stamped Hanna from the Rainy Day stamp set by Hanna stamps onto Georgia Pacific cardstock with Memento ink and colored her with copics. I then stamped her again onto a separate piece of GP cardstock, colored her with copics, and cut her out. I placed her on top of my first image with dimensionals so she would really pop. I then stamped the puddle and rain drops from the same stamp set. I ran a piece of SU's Not Quite Navy cardstock through the cuddlebug and then attached my Hanna image to the cardstock. My final layer is my card base, which is SU's Ruby Red.

The sentiment is from the Things Hanna Would Say stamp set. I stamped it with Versafine Black Onxy ink onto my card base.

Finally, I placed primas in the corners of the Hanna image and added Glossy Accents to the rain drops, puddle, and rain boots.

I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by :)

Christine :)

What a beautiful card, Christine! I love what you did with this Hanna - she's one of my faves and was my very first Hanna. :) Wonderful job!

...and they lived happily ever after.
