Especially for You

Happy Saturday everyone,

I was so excited when my new Whiff of Joy stamps came this week. The girl image is from their new Willow and Oakley collection created by Elisabeth Bell. This image is called Willow with Cookies. The old-fashioned stove is from The Stampin Place.

I inked the stove and Willow with Memento black ink and stamped them onto Georgia Pacific cardstock. I colored them with copics and cut them out. I then created my card base, which measures 5x7, out of SU's Creamy Caramel and layered on top of that SU's Rose Red. I then layered on top of that designer paper from K&Co. I then mounted the stove and Willow with dimensionals onto Creamy Caramel followed by Rose Red. I used SU's ticket corner punch on the corners and placed pearls from M's in each corner. The sentiment is a Studio G stamp and I punched it out with SU's 1 3/8 circle punch followed by SU's scallop circle punch. The ribbon is from M's dollar bin.

Onto other news, I am so excited! Tonight I have a copics class with Suzanne Dean (check out her blog here: http://www.scrapbitz.blogspot.com/). I cannot wait, her coloring is so amazing.

Well, hubby and I have tons of errands to run today so I better get moving. I would love to hear what you think of my card. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a lovely day. More tomorrow :)

Hugs,

Christine
