Coffee and Friends

Good morning everyone and happy Saturday! :) My card today is for yesterday's Limited Supplies Challenge (LSC184) over on Splitcoast. The challenge was to use a coffee theme on your card and the color orange.

For my card, I used the Cafe Hanna set from Hanna Stamps (love that set!). I inked Hanna with Memento Black ink and stamped her onto Georgia Pacific cardstock. I then colored her with my copics. Next, I created my card base, which measures 5x7, out of SU's Pumpkin Pie cardstock. I layered SU's Chocolate Chip on top of that and then my designer paper from DCWV Fall Stack. I then mounted Hanna onto Pumpkin Pie followed by Chocolate Chip and mounted that to the card base using dimensionals. I found the pretty orange ribbon in the dollar bin at Michael's last weekend and thought it would be perfect for this challenge, so I tied a bow and adhered it to the card base.

The sentiment is from MFT's Hot Stuff set. I inked the sentiment in SU's Chocolate Chip ink and stamped it onto Pumpkin Pie. I then mounted it onto Chocolate Chip and adhered the panel with dimensionals. For a finishing touch, I added orange Primas and a glittery Making Memories brad to the upper right hand corner.

I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Christine :)
