Brrr

Happy Thursday everyone :) The weekend is almost here! :) Hope you all are having a wonderful week.

My card today is my submission to this week's Sketch Challenge over on Splitcoast (SC202). I love this Tilda image from Magnolia stamps with Tilda all bundled up. I first stamped the winter tree, also from Magnolia stamps, onto Georgia Pacific cardstock and colored the tree with copics. I then cut the tree scene out using my rectangle nestabilities. I added lots of stickles to make the snow sparkle. I then stamped Tilda onto GP cardstock, colored her with copics, and cut her out. I added Stickles to her wings.

Next, I created my card base (which measures 4 1/4 by 5 1/2) out of SU's Ballet Blue. I layered Bravo Burgandy on top of that followed by my design paper from Me and My Big Ideas (I found an 8x8 paper pack at Michael's, the paper is really nice). I then used my rectangle nesties to cut the layers for the tree image and then adhered the tree image to the card base using dimensionals. I cut out my squares and adhered them to the card base as well with dimensionals. I used a Martha Stewart snowflake punch for the snowflakes and then placed pearls in the centers. Finally, I adhered Tilda to the scene with dimensionals.

I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by. Hope you have a great day and I'll be back tomorrow with another project :)

Hugs, Christine :)
