Sweet Pea Blog Hop

Hi everyone and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and that your week is off to a great start. Today, the Sweet Pea Stamps DT is doing a special blog hop showing our appreciation to Lynette, the owner of Sweet Pea Stamps. She truly has the best stamp company around and is the best person to work for!!!

As our gift to you, our wonderful followers, visitors and Sweet Pea Stamps customers, one lucky person will win the ching chou kuik Fantasy Art collection Red Riding Hood sheet of stamps (Plate #65). Just leave comments along the way.

Each comment you leave will earn you an entry - so the more comments the better the chances! The drawing will take place on 12/20/2010. Below you will find the list of stops - if you joined us somewhere along the way don't worry as it is a circular hop. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!

And now onto my card for the day:

When I saw this beautiful image by Caron Vinson, I just couldn't wait to ink it up. This particular image is called Royal Flower and I think she's absolutely gorgeous! I colored the image with copics and then sponged lightly around the image with SU's Pretty in Pink ink using my Tim Holtz blending tool. Next I added some Stardust Stickles to her wings and to her dress. I created my card base out of SU cardstock. My DP is also from SU. For some finishing touches, I added a bow, pearls, dew drops, and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today. Thank you all so much as always for stopping by. Your next stop on the hop is the fabulously talented Connie Piotter. See you all back here tomorrow for some more holiday cards.
