Bewareth Ye of Dragons . . .
Happy Sunday everyone :) I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend. I am so excited to share my projects with you today. I just love this dragon stamp and the sentiment from High Hopes Rubber Stamps, so cute! :) To make the card, I stamped the dragon onto Georgia Pacific cardstock and colored it in with copics. I used my nestabilities to cut it out as well as the scalloped circles. All cardstock is from SU (Perfect Plum and Always Artichoke). The design paper is from DCWV's Once Upon a Time Stack. It's a pretty simple layout, but I wanted the dragon and the cute sentiment to take center stage :)
A while back, I found a great tutorial here for making a bag in a box. This was so fun to make and super easy. I used the same designer paper from DCWV that I used on my card. I used Fiskar's Threading Water Punch, SU's Perfect Plum cardstock, SU's round tag punch, a small hole punch, and ribbon from Making Memories to create the boxy bag. This card and matching bag are for my father-in-law for his birthday. We stuck a gift card down in the box bag. I really hope he likes it :)
Well, that's it for me today, but I've been super busy in the craft room today and should have some more cute projects to share with you this week.
I'd love to hear what you think of today's projects. Thanks so much for stopping by. More tomorrow. :)
Hugs, Christine :)
