Hey Girlfriend

Hello and Happy Tuesday to all my stamping friends :) It's back to work for me today so I'll keep my post quick today so I'm not late :) I wanted to do a fun girly card for a friend of mine. I love pink and black together, so I decided to go with that color scheme. The image is from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design and you can find this particular image HERE. The image was illustrated by the wonderful Victoria Case, I just love her work.

I colored the image with copics, added some Diamond Stickles to her hair bow and the flower on her sweater, and then added Glossy Accents to her eyes. All cardstock is from SU (Basic Black and Regal Rose). The design paper is from Memory Makers (I think it's the "Sabrina" paper pad). I used my Fiskar's Threading Water edge punch on the top panel. I added a sheer black ribbon from Michael's across the card. I added these beautiful pink pearls to the corners of the image (the pearls are from Michael's), and then adhered my image to the cardstock and then to the card base with dimensionals. The sentiment is from Hanna Stamps. For a finishing touch, I added the roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. What do you think?

Thank you all so much for all your lovely comments and for stopping by my blog. It truly means so much to me. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you back here tomorrow! :)

Hugs, Christine
