A Very Merry Unbirthday!

Hi everyone and Happy Tuesday! :) We are having beautiful weather today, it will get up to almost 60 degrees which will feel like the middle of summer with all the snow and cold we've had this year :) I had the best mail day ever yesterday. My big order arrived from Sweet Pea Stamps with my order from the last release. I just can't get enough of these gorgeous images and I decided to share one of my new stamps with you today.

For my card today, I decided to ink up this brand new Alice in Wonderland image by Elaine Cox. This particular image is called Mad Tea Party. Don't you just love it? These images by Elaine are wonderful! I inked my image with Memento ink and stamped it onto PTI white cardstock. I colored the image with copics and then added lots of Martha Stewart glitter to the Mad Hatter's hat and coat. I added lots of Glossy Accents to the tea pot and tea mug to give it a lot of shine. All cardstock is SU (Always Artichoke, Real Red, Brocade Blue) and my design paper is from MME (Penny Lane collection). The adorable sentiment is also from Sweet Pea Stamps, it's called Alice Sentiments and these are so cool. I love the different fonts and the clever sayings. For a finishing touch, I added Primas and dew drops. What do you think?

Here is a picture using the flash so you can really see the Glossy Accents and glitter:

And finally, here's a close up without the flash:

.

Thank you all so much for stopping by. Your kind comments mean so much to me, I really appreciate each and every one of you. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you back here tomorrow (probably with another Sweet Pea image . . . I'm obsessed) LOL :)

Big Hugs, Christine

I hear you!! I can't put mine down either, well at least I don't want to!! I have to say Sweet Pea Stamps are my absolute Favorite!! They are all just a work of art in themselves!! I just love this Alice card and all the details you have added. I received mine Monday but I haven't colored one of the Alice images yet, but I did create a card using Elaine Cox's Little River Mermaid tonight and she is on my blog now!! I think I ahve found another artist to love!!
Hugs:)
