Hope
Hi everyone and Happy Friday! :) I'm so sorry for the lack of postings this week. I've been super busy with work and I'm still fighting this never-ending sinus infection too. I was able to get into the craft room last night and I'm so happy to share this card with you today. This card uses a Rubber Romance stamp called Jane, available at Susana's Custom Art and Card Design. This image was created in support of breast cancer awareness. For every Jane stamp Susana sells, she will donate $1 toward breast cancer research. This is such a beautiful stamp and such a wonderful cause. My Great Aunt, who was really like a second mother, had breast cancer and I lost my mother over 3 years ago to ovarian cancer so this image has a very special meaning to me.
I colored Jane with my copics and added pink stickles to her necklace, earring, and bracelet. I next created my card base (which measures 4 1/4 by 5 1/2) out of SU's Regal Rose. I layered Chocolate Chip on top of that followed by my designer paper by K&Co. I then mounted my image onto my SU cardstock and used my SU ticket corner punch on all corners. I added pearls to every corner and adhered my image to the card base with dimensionals. The sentiment is computer generated and I used my circle nestabilities to cut it out. The ribbon is from Michael's.
I hope you like the card. I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by. More tomorrow :)
Hugs, Christine :)
