Hello everyone and Happy Sunday :) I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. I'm so sorry I haven't posted in almost a week. I was so busy this past week with work that I didn't have any time at all to make it to the craft room. I have been crafting up a storm this weekend though and have some fun projects to share.
For my card today, I just had to ink up another stamp from ching-chou kuik's Fantasy Art Collection , available at Sweet Pea Stamps. This one is called Come Softly and I just love this image. I first stamped the image using Memento Black ink onto PTI cardstock, and then I colored the image with copics (dress: R85, R83; hair: E33, E35, E37; Skin: E00, E01, E11; Butterfly: RV93, RV95; Border: R83, R81). I added some glitter from my Sakura glitter pen to the pink in her hair. I added Stickles to the center of the butterfly and I traced around the inside of the butterfly with a lavender sakura glitter pen. Next I created my card base out of SU paper (Perfect Plum and Pretty in Pink). The design paper is from DCWV's Rustic Stack (this stack is gorgeous, I found mine at Jo Anne's). I used my Martha Stewart edge punch on the top panel of design paper and I used my ticket corner punch on the corners. I added lavender pearls from Michael's to each corner. I added ribbon and a bow and heart charm. Finally, for a finishing touch, I added my flowers, which are a combination of Primas and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. What do you think?
Thank you all so much for stopping by. I'll see you back here tomorrow :)
