Try It Out Tuesday #18 -- Goodnight Little One

Hello everyone! :) Today is Tuesday so that means it's another Try It Out Tuesday Challenge over at Susana's, from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, Store Blog, Follow Your Heart. Our challenge this week was to create a card in any shape other than a square or rectangle. I decided to create a circle card. I inked up this adorable Karen Lockhart image, Itty Bitty Goodnight Moon, with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, stamped it onto PTI cardstock, and colored it with copics. I used my Circle Nestabilities to cut it out. I next created my card base using my scalloped circle nesties and SU's Bashful Blue cardstock. I layered Barely Banana on top of that followed by another layer of Bashful Blue, followed by my designer paper from Debbie Mumm. I then adhered my image to my SU cardstock and to the card base with dimensionals. The sentiment is computer generated. It's a pretty simple little card, but would make a great little gift card for a new baby.

***New Stamp Release and Blog Candy*** Don't forget that on Friday, Susana will be releasing a brand new set of stamps illustrated by the super talented Victoria Case. I have seen these stamps and believe me, you will love them! :) Make sure to stop by Susana's Store Blog, Follow Your Heart to enter for a chance to win the entire new set of stamps. You have until Thursday evening to enter. The stamps will be available this Friday, May 15th. On Friday, Susana's DT will be doing a blog hop so make sure to stop by for that. I am so in love with these stamps and can't wait for you all to see them :)

Well, that's it for me today. Make sure to stop by the Store Blog to see the other amazing creations by the rest of Susana's DT. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day :)

Big Hugs, Christine :)
