SCACD Digital and Rubber Stamp Hop

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! :)  I'm so excited to share TWO cards with you today for a very special release.  When my buddy Susana of Susanan's Custom Art and Card Design (SCACD) asked me to guest design for her store in honor of the new rubber and digi release, of course I said yes! :)

Earlier this month SCACD released the Montage collection of rubber stamps, a total of 26 rubber stamps with a contemporary yet classic look that will make them a fantastic addition to your stamping toolbox for years to come.  They are available now for purchase HERE both in full sheets and as smaller sets. SCACD has also unleashed 12 fun and fresh SCACD Digital images for purchase HERE.  The SCACD Design Team along with some very cool guests have created a truly fun filled hop showcasing the new SCACD digital and rubber stamps. If you missed part of the hop list then check out all the details at the Store Blog today!

International Customers:
The digital images can be purchased HERE.  The new rubber stamps can be purchased at QUIXOTIC PAPERIE for our International Friends.

Okay, now let's get hopping :)  You should have arrived here from Elaine's Blog.  If you get lost, you can always head over to the Store Blog for a complete list.  Here's my first card:

For this card, I used this brand new digi stamp called Victorian Steampunk.  Isn't she fabulous?!?!  I of course colored her with copics.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E53, E25, E29
Pinks: R81, R83, R85, R89
Browns: E42, E43, E44, E47
Blacks: C3, C5, C7, C9
Shadow: W2, W4, Blender

My card base is from SU cardstock and my DP is from MME.  I added a bow, some bling, and some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The die cut was made with a Memory Box die.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time.  What do you think?

Here's my second card to share:

Sending You My Heart

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!  Hope you are all having a fabulous week.  Today begins a new challenge over at the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog.  Our challenge this week is to create a monochrome project.  This was very difficult for me and I cheated a little bit, but did the best I could :)  Here's my DT card:

For my card today I just had to ink up this adorable image.  She's called Sent with Love Girl.  I of course colored her with copics.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E53, E25, E29
Pinks: R81, R83, R85, R89
Blues: B91, B93, B95, B97, B99
Box: E42, E43, E44, E47

I added lots of glitter to the heart (a tip: to add glitter with a fun shine/shimmer, place Glossy Accents where you want the glitter, then sprinkle your glitter over the Glossy Accents, tap off excess, and let dry; it really gives it an extra shine).  I created my card base out of SU cardstock.  My DP is from Michael's (Recollections brand).  The die cuts were made using a Memory Box die.  I added a ribbon, some bling to the center of the ribbon, and some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much as always for stopping by.  Make sure to check out the  Inky Impressions Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the DT has created and to play along in this week's challenge.  Hugs!

For my card, I decided to ink up this gorgeous image called Elaine.  I love everything about England and London.  I was lucky enough to vacation there a while ago and can't wait to take my husband and little boy back in a few years.  When I saw this image, I just had to have her.  I of course colored her up with copics.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E53, E25, E29

Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much as always for stopping by.  Have a fabulous day and big hugs :)
