Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! :) I hope you are all having a fabulous day and a wonderful week. Everything is good here, just super busy. I'm looking forward to the weekend and hopefully lots more time in the craft room.
For my card today, I inked up this gorgeous image from Sweet Pea Stamps. This particular image was illustrated by the fabulous Elaine Cox and is called Little River Mermaid. I colored the image with copics (hair: E33, E35, E37; skin: E00, E01, E11, RV21; top: RV21, RV23, RV25; tail: B000, B02; grass: G21, G24, G28) and I added some Stardust Stickles to her top and to the flowers in her hair. Next I created my card base using SU cardstock (Tempting Turquoise and Passion Pink). This is the first time I've used these bright colors from SU and I really like them (I'm now sad they are retiring) :) The design paper is from DCWV's Blossoms and Butterflies stack. I used my SU Ticket Corner punch on all the corners and added pink rhinestones. For a finishing touch, I added roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. What do you think?
