Do You Believe?

Hi everyone and Happy Monday! :) I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend. Ours was pretty low key, but really nice. The weather here is gorgeous, it was in the 80s all weekend, which was awesome. Hubby and I got lots of chores done around the house on Saturday. We also bought Sherlock Holmes and watched it (great movie, I definitely recommend it). Yesterday, we had a lovely relaxing day and a fabulous dinner in celebration of Easter. It was a great weekend, I just wish it was a little bit longer, I have a crazy day at work today :)

I was so excited, on Friday I got my newest order from Sweet Pea Stamps. I had ordered all of the new releases and couldn't wait to play. This image is brand new from the ching-chou kuik Fantasy Art Collection (sheet 13, plate #32). I colored the image with copics (dress and wings: R81, R83, R85; hair: E33, E35, E37; skin: E00, E01, E11; leopard: E51, E53, E55). I then sponged around the image with SU's Pretty in Pink ink. Next I created my card base out of SU cardstock (Rose Red and Chocolate Chip). The design paper is from K&Co. I used my SU ticket corner punch on all the corners and added pearls (from Michael's). I added a ribbon and a double looped bow (tied with my bow easy). I made the hat pin myself and put it through the center of the bow. Finally, I added primas and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts for a finishing touch. What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today. Thank you all so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you back here tomorrow.

Big Hugs, Christine :)

...and they lived happily ever after.
