May Your Wishes Come True

Happy Saturday everyone :) Hope your weekend is off to a great start :) I have a quick post for you today, I have to run several errands this morning and then this afternoon, I'm meeting some stamping buddies for some stamping fun :)

For my card today, I stamped the wishing well, from High Hopes, with Memento black ink onto Georgia Pacific cardstock and colored it in with copics. I added some glitter to the flowers with my Sakura glitter pen. I then used my rectangle nestabilities to cut it out. Next, I stamped the unicorn and princess (also from High Hopes) onto GP cardstock, colored them in with copics, and cut them out. I added Stickles to the princess's crown and dress and to the unicorn's horn. Next, I created my card base, which measures 5 1/2 by 5 1/2, out of SU's Elegant Eggplant. I layered Handome Hunter on top of that followed by my design paper from DCWV's Once Upon a Time stack. I added a purple ribbon from M's dollar bin. I then used my rectangle nestabilities to cut out the scalloped rectangles and mounted my main image onto that. I then mounted that onto the card base with dimensionals. I also mounted the unicorn and the princess with dimensionals. I then stamped the sentiment, from Verve, and used my circle nestabilities and scalloped circle nesties to cut it out. I adhered it to the card base with dimensionals. For a finishing touch, I added Primas and a glittery Making Memories brad.

I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks so much for stopping by. More tomorrow :)

Hugs, Christine :)

...and they lived happily ever after.
