Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day 4 - A Little Greeting

Hi everyone and Happy Friday!  I cannot tell you  how glad I am that the weekend is here.  I've been battling a horrible sinus infection all week and I'm so glad to have some time to just put my feet up and rest this weekend.

 

We are back again with a very special stamp set for Day FOUR of the  Kraftin' Kiimmie Stamps MAY 2015 previews!!! Today the Krafty Girls and guests are thrilled to share with you....ITTY BITTY FRIENDS!!  This is a fun new stamp set featuring some of our original images by artist, Annie Rodrigue! It includes SEVEN images that are about 1.5 inches tall each plus some tiny sentiments AND some handcrafted by sentiments to add to the backs of your krafty kreations!! The exciting thing about this set is that five of the seven images are no longer available at the larger size and are retired but now you can get them again in this fun mini size!!

I decided to create just a mini 4"x 4" card.  But there are so many possibilities: tiny notecards, recipe cards, bookmarks . . . the possibilities are endless.  For my card, I of course colored the image with copics.  I chose to color mini Lucy because she's one of my absolute favorites (I'm a HUGE book worm).  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E04, R20
Hair: E53, E25, E29
Pinks: R81, R83, R85, R89
Blue: B91, B93, B95, B97, B99
Browns: E42, E43, E44, E47

The fancy square backing the image was cut out using the Fleur de Lis square dies by Spellbinders.  My DP is from MME.  I added some twine for a finishing touch.  The perfect little sentiment is from the set.  What do you think?
